What Kind of Winter Weather Can We Expect in Canada? – David Phillips from Environment Canada

David Phillips is the Senior Climatologist with Environment Canada and I spoke to him this morning on the fall weather and what kind of weather that we can expect in both Eastern and Western Canada this winter. David is Canada’s expert on the weather and always provide interesting commentary.  I have heard david speak live and on the radio and always has a very informative and entertaining perspective on the weather and how it affects us.  I had David comment on both Eastern and Western Canada.
