Lyndsey Smith & Shaun Haney Recap CropWeek 2011

CropWeek in Saskatoon is always a very informative week long trip. There were some definite themes and highlights that everyone could pull from the event. With the farm show and all the grower meetings happening in one city in one week, there is plenty to discuss and talk about.  Whether its the good the bad or the unknown farmers love the idea of getting together and talking their farms and agriculture in their area.

Is there a better place to discuss what happened at a farm show than over a coffee in the hotel restaurant. Lyndsey Smith and I (Shaun Haney) sat down for a cup of joe and discussed some of the key highlights of CropWeek 2011 in Saskatoon.  We broke down everything from weather forecasts, crop rotations to girls in skimpy plastic nurse costumes….Hey Now!!!
