RealWeatherWatch: Eastern Forecast with David Phillips, Environment Canada

by

The story for most of the East has been a story of too much or too little. From extreme moisture and heat to a lack of timely rain and cooler than usual spring temperatures, the pendulum has swung to the extreme on both ends. That begs the question: Will that pattern continue through the harvest season or will farmers in the East get a bit of a break? Does an early frost threat fit into this pattern? In this episode of the RealWeatherWatch we talk to David Phillips of Environment Canada. David is the Senior Climatologist with Environment Canada and a bit of a weather historian as well. I asked him what the weather will look like heading into the fall.
