AMI Ep 8 – Financial Monitoring – Building a Financial Dashboard

Knowing where you’re at as a business is a critically important component in making good business decisions. Building a financial dashboard gives you one of the most singularly important tools to be able to do that. A financial dashboard gives you a quick overview of the financial history of your business. It gives you a snapshot of any particular moment in time of the financial history of your business allowing you to make informed decisions when opportunities present themselves. It’s a tool that helps you to visually break down costs and to analyze and monitor spending habits. It’s a great way to get a birds eye view of your business.
