Manitoba Crop Update with Richard Marsh

by

It was just over a year ago that parts of Manitoba experienced major flooding as heavy rains caused rivers to overflow their banks and fields to become unworkable. In a few areas farmers are still dealing with the effects of those wet conditions, in other areas life is back to normal. We decided to turn our eye back towards Manitoba to see what the crop situation is like this year vs the last.

Richard Marsh, Cereal and Diverse Crop Specialist with Syngenta took RealAgriculture on a short tour through parts of the Red River Valley to get a look at what state the crop in Manitoba midway through May 2012.
