Dairy is a big deal at Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show. Not only is the show home to two robotic milkers and 70 cows on display, but there are several other equipment providers, feed dealers, genetic companies and more all showcasing the latest and greatest for the dairy farmer.
We caught up with Brian Morton of GEA Farm Technologies who walked us through the companies latest IQ milking unit, as well as a not-yet-to-market version that features built in teat dipping and automatic cleaning between cows. Morton also explained GEA’s robotic milking setup as well.
