Poll: What’s Your Planned Crop Mix?

While I may get called out for jumping the gun here, but now that the holidays are over and the extreme weather of winter is upon us (super cold on the Prairies, balmy in Ontario), I can’t help but start asking about the planting season. Yes, really.

She’s a dairy farmer, so she’s got alfalfa and hay needs to plan for, but we started down the road of optimal crop rotations, rotation based purely on chasing high prices and rotations out of habit. It got me thinking if RealAgriculture’s readers and viewers were dealing with the same decisions right now, and that led me to today’s poll. Go ahead and weigh in or leave a comment!
