We have discussed retro-fitting older farm equipment with the latest in precision farming technology in the past, but we think that we have found maybe the most significant retro fit ever.

Middlesex Soil and Crop has invested in a 1977 JD6600 combine to change it into a new-age plot combine. Even better is that it is loaded with the latest in precision ag tools from Ag Leader.

Middlesex Soil & Crop has named the retro-fitted combine “Leroy.”  Shaun Haney talked to Middlesex Soil & Crop Director Ken Nixon at the London Farm Show of which you can hear above.
