Up for discussion: JBS Canada’s foray into existing markets for the former-XL Foods products, which markets are still closed to the company and what producers should know about how JBS runs and operates.

In this discussion, Van Solkema also speaks to the culture of food safety at the company’s facilities, and offers his insight into the recent report on food safety lapses at the Brooks plant under former management.
