New Holland Genesis T8 Tractor Built for Tight Turns, Saving Fuel & a Comfortable Ride

by

While the new Genesis line harkens back to its beginning 20 years ago, the brand new Genesis T8 line is anything but dated. RealAgriculture.com’s Bernard Tobin (@AgBern on Twitter) got the grand tour of the T8 line at this year’s Farm Progress Show, held at Decatur, Illinois.

Changes to the Genesis T8 line start right at the ground. As Gary Wojcik, cash crop marketing segment leader with New Holland, explains in the video below, from a narrower wheel base, to a redesigned suspension, to an updated cab, this tractor is built for modern day farming demands. What’s more, the engine and transmission are designed for optimum power and speed, but as efficiently as possible. Wojcik explains in detail how the Genesis T8 saves fuel even while getting the big jobs done.
