Long-time followers and fans of Real Agriculture know two things: we love to do a conference or show wrap up at most of the events we cover, and, that we usually include incredibly serious, hard hitting news in each of them.

Well, that second point may be a bit of a stretch, but the Real Agriculture team does love to share our thoughts, insights and experiences from the many great events we have the pleasure of attending. The very first Advancing Women — Leadership in Agriculture conference, held in late April in Calgary, was a career highlight for our editor Lyndsey Smith, and in this video, she’s joined by field editor Debra Murphy to recap the event.
