Farmers and industry are invited to attend the 4R Nutrient Management Field Day at Kelburn Farm on Thursday July 3, located near Glenlea, Manitoba, to hear from leading experts on nitrogen and phosphorus management and to learn about new technology for managing these important inputs.
Hosted by several Manitoba government agencies, the Keystone Agriculture Producers and the Canadian Fertilizer Institute, the agenda includes integrating UAVs into crop production, managing N in row crop situations, the use of optical sensors and more. Farmers and agronomists looking to add CCA continuing education credits should note there are 5 up for grabs.
