Wild and whacky weather, tumultuous markets, the plight of the honeybee and more will feature prominently on the agenda of the 2015 Southwest Agricultural Conference.
Slated for January 6th and 7th, 2015, at Ridgetown, Ontario, SWAC, as it’s affectionately known, is sure to sell out — and for good reason. This year’s agenda is packed full of topics that fit with the “Rising up to the Challenges” theme chosen for this year.
To get a preview of what you’ll get at the 2015 edition of SWAC, Real Agriculture’s Bernard Tobin sat down with Ontario’s cereal specialist and resident wild man, Peter Johnson, to talk about what’s on the agenda and why you’ve got to register early (and make sure you’ve got snow tires installed well ahead of time.)
