Ontario’s dairy farmers — and those from across Canada — descended on the storied town of Stratford, Ontario, last week to take in the third annual Canadian Dairy Xpo.
Bernard Tobin, our Ontario field editor, caught up with show president Jordan Underhill for a recap of what was new and exciting at the show this year, with a look at what farmers expect when they attend.
With more cows on site, more exhibitors putting in the effort to make the show a big success, Underhill says the show is committed to new innovations in the dairy industry and also sharing knowledge and experience from around the world. He also shares what the future may hold for the coming years in regards to the event.
Check out the interview below for more of what you missed, if you didn’t make the event, and stay tuned to Real Agriculture — as we’ll be posting several of the Dairy Classroom presentations right here.
