If you’re aerial-image curious but not exactly ready to commit to a UAV purchase, this latest stop on the TechTour may be of interest to you.

In this episode of the TechTour, Shaun Haney catches up with Warren Genik, with AgSky Technologies, to talk about what AgSky does, and how the service means you can keep some of those UAV-destined dollars in your pocket.

As Genik explains in the interview below, AgSky’s service means you can leverage the mapping benefits available through UAV-generated maps, without investing in a full suite of equipment or the time and effort required to learn and integrate the tech on your farm. The data is always owned by the farmer, he adds, and is handed back in a usable form, ready for you or your agronomist to work out the agronomic or water management plan based on the maps. That and more below!
