Stephanie McMahon (WWE) — Advice on Keeping the Drama out of your Family Business

Family business is a challenge for any family.  Whether you are the Jones down the lane, the Millers around the bend or the McMahons of WWE fame, family business has advantages and disadvantages.  Keeping the drama low in a family business environment can mean success or failure for the business long term.

Since it is Wrestlemania weekend why wouldn’t we look for some advice from the World Wrestling Federation (WWE) family empire.  Here is a great short two minute clip with Stephanie McMahon on how to keep the drama out of your family business, whether you are a family farm or a company trading on the stock exchange.

It doesn’t matter is you like wrestling or not, the McMahons are a very successful family business that likely have the same challenges as your farm.  Some great advice in the clip.
