It’s that time of year when the ice on the lakes is freezing and some farmers (of all ages) choose to bundle up, head out into the cold wind and sit staring at a hole in the ice.
Okay, so maybe that description is missing some of the fun aspects of ice fishing, but while everybody enjoys catching a fish, finding volunteers to fillet them is often the hardest part. If “but I don’t know how to” is your excuse, don’t watch this video.
