Success in agriculture requires a lot of commitment, and it can often feel as though all we do is work. But part of achieving success is being able to get a way from it all — taking a break to refresh your brain and attempt to achieve balance in your life.

For some, that rest period involves Hawaiian shirts and pasty sunscreen. For others, it means lacing up their hiking boots and packing energy bars. What does it mean for you? Do you have vacation plans for sometime in the next 12 months? Are you going away to Mexico, Europe or Asia? Maybe you are just going to stay in good old Canada. Some of you likely have a habit of tying in some agriculture no matter where you are. Let’s have some fun and dream of that next vacation.
