The third Advancing Women Conference was held this week in Calgary this week, with over 560 women attending from across Canada and into the United States. Delegates represented over 200 organizations, and had the opportunity to learn about everything from happiness for no reason with Marci Shimoff to getting ahead in stressful times, with Marla Shapiro.
Delegates laughed, danced, and may have shed a tear or two over the course of the two-day conference. And though positive reviews of speakers were plentiful, what was perhaps most valued, was the time dedicated to networking.
As delegates filed out of the conference room and into the Ag Women’s Network announcement, emcee Dianne Finstad joined RealAgriculture’s Debra Murphy for a recap.
