Deere Sprayers Add CommandView Comforts

by

John Deere 4-Series sprayers created a huge buzz last month at the 2017 National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville, Kentucky.

Much of the noise centered around Deere’s new carbon fibre spray booms, which debuted at the show. But farmers and ag service providers also found another news story in the cab of the John Deere 4-Series sprayer anchoring the lightweight booms.

The 4-Series sprayer can now be equipped with the new CommandView III cab. In this interview, Doug Felter, John Deere’s application equipment marketing manager, explains how the redesigned CommandARM gives operators additional ways to customize their work environment. The cab also features an optional heated, fully ventilated leather seat, which can swivel up to 15 degrees for improved operator visibility to the area behind the sprayer.
