According to Stara, there is nothing in the world like its Imperador 3.0, a self-propelled machine with both sprayer booms and a spreader.
The machine features a MWM 205 horsepower Turbo engine a load sensing hydraulic pump. The polyethylene spray tank has a 2,400 litre capacity, and the spreader, with a 3 cubic metres capacity stainless steel tank features double-slide gates and a rubber conveyor. The machine can work on terrain with elevations up to 31.7 percent.
RealAgriculture’s Shaun Haney had the opportunity to speak to Stara’s Felipe Willers about the machine, at Agritechnica in Hanover, Germany. Willers touches on the dual functionality of the machine, and discusses the new, adjusting clearance. The conversion from sprayer to spreader is done with the push of a button, says Willers, and takes one minute.
