How will you show your 4-H colours?

4-H Sheep show, 2018

Each November on Show Your 4-H Colours Day, 4-H’ers from across the country don their 4-H colours, get out into their communities, post to social media, do acts of kindness, and share their enthusiasm for everything 4-H.

This year, National 4-H Day falls on  November 7, 2018. You can expect to see 4-H Canada and thousands of youth, volunteers, alumni, and supporters across Canada wearing green as part of the awareness day.

4-H Canada says that there are many ways to get involved, including:

  • Wearing green and sharing photos online using #ShowYour4HColours
  • Encouraging others to wear green and share pictures online using the #ShowYour4HColours hashtag on November 7, 2018
  • Submitting your 4-H story on www.showyour4hcolours.ca
  • Showing the world the good work you’re doing in your community by submitting stories and photos of your favourite 4-H memories to www.showyour4hcolours.ca.

Landmarks across Canada will be lighting up in green on Show Your 4-H Colours Day. A list of all participating monuments will be available at www.showyour4hcolours.ca for 4-H’ers to visit and take pictures with on November 7, 2018.
