Keeping the profile of a big bushel cart low helps with filling and sight lines, and that’s just one feature of Demco’s 1322 grain cart model, designed for ease-of-use and efficiency.
Available with tracks or wheels, Demco’s Jerry Sandbulte, says the 1322 grain cart also features a high-speed unload at 600 bushels per minute on a well-built, frame. The cart can be ordered with a scale head, but comes standard with a scale system to hook into tractor scale head.
The unit also has a forward-reaching unload auger, so when you are sitting in the cab, it’s right outside your passenger side window, he says.
The 2-speed gearbox — one gear each for the horizontal and the vertical auger makes efficient use of the PTO system and avoids extra belts and moving parts. allowing for the forward-reaching auger.
Because it’s not a gravity cart, Sandbulte says the 1322 offers a lower profile vs. some of the other large-bushel units, making loading easier.
