Case IH has a new guidance system for the company’s model year 2020 Magnum tractors, focusing on connectivity, support, and comfort.
AFS Connect enables operators to view current field operations, fleet information and agronomic data, as well as share select data with third parties from a tablet or computer anywhere.
The technology’s remote service tool allows for the remote identification of maintenance and service needs, and firmware over the air means dealers can push wireless updates.

“We have a complete new armrest here, with re-designed remote controller handle, also three configurable levers for the remote valves,” says Case IH’s Lukas Guhl, in the following video interview. “And as a highlight, of course, the new AFS 1200 display with our completely new AccuGuide.”
The AFS Pro 1200 display features anti-glare, remote display viewing, and Bluetooth. It’s also a lot easier to work, says Guhl, and the wider display allows for split-screen views.
