FendtOne: A tractor terminal you can access anywhere

by

FendtOne, Fendt’s new terminal interface offers operators unique task management features, and the ability to access data from home or the tractor.

“So we tried to merge the world that you will find onboard on your tractor, and the world that you will find at home on your PC,” says Fendt’s Stefan Pscheidl, in the following interview, filmed at Agritechnica in Hanover, Germany.

The platform uses the same interface across all devices, making operation intuitive and uniform. Operators can input machines and implements (of various brands), drivers with different privileges, and field data. They can then use that information, to send a task to a specific tractor terminal, and the driver will be able to immediately initiate the task, using the information provided.

RealAgriculture’s coverage of Agritechnica 2019 is made possible by Brevant seeds. The latest technology, locally tested. Brevant seeds. Seed. Yield. Easy.

The system synchronizes data across the whole fleet, and will be available on Fendt tractors going forward.

Watch the interview below with Fendt’s Stefan Pscheidl for a demonstration of the software, and discussion of its value, as well as how the data can be exported for further analysis.
