Agricultural attachment maker Danuser has simplified its popular auger system for easier farm fencing and barn construction application.
At the National Farm Machinery Show last month, vice president Glenn Danuser explained that the company has condensed a wide selection of auger offerings to create its new EP Auger System, which will offer four different versions ranging from six to 35 gallons per minute and from 1,500 to 3,500 psi.
In this video, Danuser says his company’s new planetary gear drive and motor provides 42 per cent more output torque than competing models. Featuring a two-inch hex output spindle, the EP Auger comes with a choice of mounts for skid steers, front-end loaders, back hoes and excavators.
All quick-attach mounts offer an adjustable cradle with two positions for transporting. Danuser also notes that hoses are now routed out the top of the drive unit and secured with bulkhead nuts to allow for deeper digging in tighter spots with better hose protection.
