In the move towards slowing the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak, several agriculture events have been cancelled or postponed. Here is a shortlist of what we’ve been informed about, and we will update it as more information becomes available.

  • TechTour Live
  • Royal Manitoba Winter Fair
  • Western Canadian Wheat Growers annual convention
  • Discover Ag in the City in Winnipeg set for this weekend
  • National Poultry Show in London, Ont.
  • Midwest Poultry Convention in Minneapolis
  • Ottawa Valley Farm Show
  • Canadian Dairy Xpo
  • Advancing Women in Agriculture West Conference in Calgary
  • Alltech’s ONE: The Alltech Ideas Conference moved to a virtual platform
  • Livestock Care Conference (LCC) has been transformed into a virtual day of speakers and networking, called LCC 2.0
  • Manitoba Pork’s AGM & Banquet
  • Manitoba Chicken Producers’ AGM
  • SaskFlax’s Flax Day 2020
  • All of Farm Credit Canada’s events
  • Several leadership campaigns for Conservative Party of Canada
  • The Saskatchewan provincial election won’t be held before fall
