If, during harvest, the mind wanders to the possibility of a new grain cart, perhaps Brandt has what you need. The new XT-Series grain carts from Brandt offer an updated tank design and a new auger configuration.
“We’ve designed these carts from the ground up for ease of operation,” says Brandt vice president of sales – dealer channel, Sheldon Gerspacher. “Harvest is a pressure-filled time and the last thing farmers need is a piece of equipment that doesn’t produce. The key is always to keep your combines moving and that is what the XT-Series is all about.”
The unique corner mount of the new auger configuration allows for 8+ feet of auger reach, 15+ feet of side auger reach, and 13+ feet of discharge spout clearance. Clearer forward visibility from the tractor cab to the discharge spout, may mean operators can work more comfortably and for longer.
A new low-profile modular tank design eliminates common ledges and catch-points, for faster, more thorough clean-out and minimizes crop switchover times. A ground-level access door is also incorporated for safe tank entry for maintenance.
“Harvest is all about productivity and these carts set a new standard for the industry,” says Gerspacher. “Our customers have to be able to rely on their equipment when the pressure is on and the XT-Series really delivers!”
The new XT-Series grain carts have been under production since May, and Brandt has already begun shipping to dealers across Canada and the United States.
