Haney had a hard-hitting question for Nailor: what’s the best chicken wing flavour?
“Hands down, hot butter from a place in Guelph called Fat Duck,” said Nailor.
For years he had been trying to figure out how he could make these particular chicken wings at home and he cracked the recipe. Hot butter and a spice called sambal, in a ratio of two parts butter and one part sambal.
Nailor is adamant that a classic mistake of chicken wings is that they’re over-sauced.
