The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) has released its Ag Tractor and Combine reports for the U.S. and Canada for the month of July.
In the U.S., total two-wheel drive tractor sales are up 13.5 per cent, year-to-date, while unit sales of four-wheel drive tractors are up 38.2 per cent. Self-propelled combine sales are up 12.6 per cent in the country, year-to-date.

In Canada, two-wheel drive tractors in the 100+ horsepower category are up 46.9 per cent year-to-date, followed by 40 to 100 horsepower sales up 35.8 per cent, and under 40 horsepower up 28.9 per cent. Total two-wheel drive farm tractor sales are up 32 per cent, year-to-date.
Four-wheel drive farm tractors saw the largest positive change for the month of July, up 93.8 per cent compared to July of 2020, and up 62.8 per cent, year-to-date.
Self-propelled combine sales are up 33.2 per cent, year-to-date.
