Fendt’s new 500 Vario Gen3 Series tractors will now come with the updated FendtOne cab.
The new tractor line-up is available in four models, with engine horsepower ranging from 124 to 163 (107-137 PTO).
Daniel Smith, senior strategic marketing manager, says the tractor’s ideally suited for multiple chores around the yard, with a powerful platform and nimble frame, suitable for all types of operations.
“It’s the row-crop guy that has to have a tractor for the yard, it’s the livestock producer that has to feed hay every day, it’s even the heavy hay guy that’s producing multiple bales, doing multiple functions for that hay production cycle,” says Smith.
The redesigned FendtOne cab has a more ergonomic and customizable armrest, which provides comfort for long hours in the machine.
User profiles, assignable buttons, and a 12-inch digital display enables individual operators to save their own settings.
The Vario transmission can divert power and increase or decrease speed quickly to handle wet, muddy conditions.
Machines will start showing up at the end of the year, and are available across North America, with Gold Star customer care plans for three years.
