Ontario Soil and Crop on the hunt for a new executive director

by

The Ontario Soil and Crop Improvement Association (OSCIA) is on the hunt for a new leader to take the reins of the organization in January 2023, allowing for a transition period from the current leadership.

The move comes as executive director Andrew Graham has announced his plans to retire in June 2023, after 33 years at OSCIA. Graham will assume special project assignments at that time and assist in the transition of responsibilities for several months before he steps back altogether.

Graham has been served as executive director since 2014.

OSCIA board of directors have engaged Brook Coatsworth from Litherland & Company to coordinate the search and hiring of a new executive director. The job posting can also be found here, and the deadline to apply is October 20, 2022.
