Farmers Business Network (FBN), a global ag tech platform and farmer-to-farmer network, has announced its Saskatoon, Sask., fulfillment centre has opened and started processing orders for growers across Saskatchewan and Canada.
The 198,000-square-foot facility opens in time for the seeding season’s delivery of crop protection, biological nutrients, and seed inputs sold by the company.
Located just outside Saskatoon city limits, the facility serves as the Primary Fulfillment Centre for FBN and supports seven logistics locations throughout the FBN network in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
With the opening of this facility, FBN now has fulfillment centres within 400 kilometers of the majority of its Canadian members.
“We’re proud to further our industry leading logistics network through opening our Saskatoon facility, which will ensure all Canadian farmers have timely access to the equipment and inputs they need, regardless of wider market trends,” says Jack Cox, VP of global fulfillment and logistics, FBN.
