A new AI- powered app by Brilliant Harvest is working to fill the communication gap that younger generation-led farm businesses are looking for.
Remi Schmaltz, CEO of Brilliant Harvest, explains that the customizable virtual help desk fills another really important gap, too — that of readily available expertise even when staff aren’t on the clock.
Schmaltz says that the “people” gap is a real challenge for many businesses, and equipment dealerships are no different. While some farmers and farm business owners will still want and need a face-to-face meeting, many farmers are in need of after-hours information and answers, and that’s what the app provides.
Having just launched, Brilliant Harvest is working with Rocky Mountain Equipment as their first major client. Schmaltz says that the dealer is their customer — farmers don’t pay for the app or service of Brilliant Harvest.
