It’s the right show in the right location at the right time of year, says Krissy Fiddler, show manager for Agri-Trade.
This year marks 40 years of the Red Deer-based fall farm show, and Fiddler says the success of the show is because of the committed exhibitors and faithful attendees that come back year after year. As a testament, there are 16 exhibitors that have been with Agri-Trade since the beginning in 1984, she says.
The tradeshow has also grown significantly since that first year in a single hall, Fiddler says. “The show has taken over every square inch of Westerner Park,” she says, saying the show can’t physically grow, but the impact and the reach of the show can and will in the coming years.
The 40th edition of Agri-Trade is taking place Nov. 13-15. Stay tuned to RealAg for plenty of coverage!
