Justin Trudeau is no longer Prime Minister of Canada, and with that we have officially closed the Sunny Ways chapter of our history.
As of March 14, Mark Carney was sworn in as Canada’s 24th Prime Minister and will head a 23-person cabinet.
The most likely scenario is that Prime Minister Carney calls an election next week, with an election date somewhere in early May territory. It could be that our Ex-Banker Era is a short lived one, but then again, maybe not.
The stage is set, though, with the leaders who will vie for Canada’s top job: Carney, Poilievre, and Singh (the Bloc Quebecois doesn’t really run for the top job).
So we want to know — regardless of the name or person, what qualities are you most looking for in a new Prime Minister?
